St Lukes provided the most unbelievable care for my mum in the last 3 days of her life. Although she was not fully aware of the extent of care given. For us her family it was amazing and we could not have asked for more or a better place for mum to have been. Thank you everyone.
Suggested improvements
As a family (larger) we were there days and night we were so supported and looked after we never felt a better to anyone. However, we felt if we could have made our tea/ coffee we could have taken the burden off the nurses more.

The care here goes above and beyond expectations, both for the patient and his family. Kindness is not under rated here and this is important at this time.

Reviewing on behalf of my late grandad who had a brilliant carer. This particular carer went out of her way to help my grandad to the best of her abilities to provide him with the best and most comforting care. Her advice and support was wonderful and she is such a warm character with nothing but good intentions.
I live far away from my grandad but felt completely at ease knowing my grandad was in good care.

Time spent talking to family and patient etc. about care and needs. Excellent care and attention to detail nothing is ever too much trouble.
